To get more time for ham radio, at the Linux terminal prompt, do

sudo nano /etc/hosts

to which file add the lines

127.0.0.1  www.qrz.com
127.0.0.1  qrz.com
127.0.0.1  forums.qrz.com
127.0.0.1  www.eham.net
127.0.0.1  eham.net

before pressing CTRL+O to write out the file.

In Windows, run Notepad as administrator, open the file /Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts, add the above lines, and then save the file.

To free up additional time for all aspects of real life, also add to the hosts file the lines

127.0.0.1  facebook.com
127.0.0.1  www.facebook.com
